History

The Practice has a long history of serving the residents of Norfolk, VA.  Dr. Kirkland has been the lead physician since 1989.  The Practice originated in the Ocean View, Norfolk area under prior leadership, moving to the DePaul campus in the 1980's.  Then the Practice was relocated to its current location in the charming Ghent section of Norfolk in 2010, where it has been very well received by the community.
